Odé Bible is a listening app for Scripture-inspired music. It was built to be private by design: it works without an account, and it does not collect your personal information.
None. Odé Bible does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal identifier. We do not run analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking inside the app.
So the app remembers what you were doing, some settings are saved locally in the app’s private storage on your own device. This includes your playlists, liked tracks, saved albums, listening streak, and where you left off in a chapter.
If you download a chapter for offline listening, the audio file is stored in the app’s private storage as well. None of this is transmitted to us or to anyone else. It stays on your device and is deleted when you delete the app.
Music in Odé Bible streams from our audio hosting provider (Cloudflare R2) over the internet. To deliver a track to your device, our hosting and content-delivery provider processes standard, transient network information — such as the file requested and the network address it is sent to — purely to serve the audio. This information is handled by the provider to operate the service and is not used by us to identify you or build a profile.
Scripture text shown in the app is the King James Version (public domain) and is bundled inside the app, so reading Scripture does not require any request that reveals what you are reading.
Odé Bible is suitable for all ages. Because we collect no personal information from anyone, we likewise collect none from children, and nothing in the app is directed at obtaining data from a child under 13.
Since the app does not collect personal data, there is no personal account or profile for us to access, correct, export, or delete. Everything the app saves lives on your device: you can clear it at any time from your device’s app settings, or by deleting the app.
Because we hold no account and no personal data about you, there is nothing on our side to delete. Removing the app from your device removes everything Odé Bible has stored.
