Which translation?
The Odé Translation — our own modern-English text, built from the King James Version and the American Standard Version of 1901, both in the public domain. The thees and thous and the inverted word order are updated; nothing is added or reinterpreted.
Are the songs word for word?
No, and we wouldn’t claim otherwise. Each song is a faithful adaptation of its chapter, shaped to be sung, so it condenses — it carries the chapter’s message, not every line of it. The complete chapter is always a tap away in the player.
What does it cost?
Free to download, and the first chapter of every album plays in full for free. A subscription unlocks the rest of the catalog.
